How to Grow Out (or Regrow) Your Eyebrows: 6 Steps to Fuller Brows

1. Stop tweezing, waxing, shaving, or threading your brows now and leave them alone for the next two to three months! The brow hair growth cycle is about three to four months so you want to give your brows enough time to adjust to the changes. ​

2. Stay hydrated and improve your diet. It all starts from within. If you're healthy, naturally everything will be working right and you will have better growth. For instance, our bodies are made of water so staying hydrated is so important in keeping our bodies functioning optimally. With proper hydration our hair follicles stay lubricated and encourage growth. For diet, adding more iron to your diet will encourage hair growth. Try adding more leafy greens, fish, nuts, avocado, and legumes to your diet.

3. Take a hair vitamin. Piggybacking on step 2, I think taking supplements in general is an excellent idea in fulfilling our nutritional needs. Our foods are not as nutrient rich as before, there are gaps in our diet, and we can only eat so much in a day. It's practically impossible to get all the vitamins and minerals from our daily diet. Add supplements to your routine including one for biotin which encourages hair growth. Believe it or not, aloe vera is an excellent source for encouraging healthy skin and hair. 6. Lastly, be consistent and patient! Follow the routine and be dedicated with leaving your brows to grow! For some (not all), this will be a pain because you're going to feel insecure and think everyone's staring at your brows, but don't let it get to you! It's mostly in your head, lol! Unless you're speaking with a brow artist who obsesses over brows, the regular person is not going to stare at the details of your brows like that. lol!
