I hope you're safe and well! With everything that's going on, I'm sure it's been a real disruption in your lifestyle, including activity level and diet.

To combat the dreaded Quarantine 15, my Forever fam and I are launching a 9 day "Get Lean in Lockdown" challenge! I created a Facebook support group for us so we can motivate each other, share recipes, progress and more! Basically an entire group of "accountabilibuddies" because it's more fun when you do it with a pal! The challenge starts April 20th, but if you join the challenge later, it is all good! The point is that you start your nine days and finish it! The group will remain live so we may continue to support one another.
