Biggest 2 lessons I relearned today:
1. Don't assume anything about someone for your product and service. Your job is to introduce them to everyone and let your prospects decide for themselves. 1. FEEL THE FEAR, DO IT ANYWAY! As some may already know, I'm president of an all female motorcycle club, Xtreme Vixens MC. I always wanted to introduce Forever to my friends in the motorcycle community, but I psyched myself and totally lacked courage. What would big, scruffy, brawny, biker men want to do with my stuff? As it turns out, a lot! Last weekend, our club had a booth at the 81 Richmond car and bike show and I marketed just a small amount of my stuff. Bikers and their wives/girlfriends tried the products testers. I sold some products too. A week later they're still raving about how much they love the moisturizer and lotion for their skin! One even said just like overnight his skin transformed and never looked so young! Our products are so great they can make even the most weathered, sun beaten skin look and feel supple! When you push outside your comfort zone it's amazing what you can achieve and how many people you can help! Don't make the same mistakes I did. Whether you're with Forever, in another company, or in a similar situation where you're letting your insecurities get the best of you, just go out there and do it! You'll never know who you'll impact and what difference you can make in someone's life, including your own!
