To combat the dreaded Quarantine 15, my Forever fam and I are launching a 9 day "Get Lean in Lockdown" challenge! I created a Facebook support group for us so we can motivate each other, share recipes, progress and more! Basically an entire group of "accountabilibuddies" because it's more fun when you do it with a pal! The challenge starts April 20th, but if you join the challenge later, it is all good! The point is that you start your nine days and finish it! The group will remain live so we may continue to support one another.

I read a post on Instagram from @budgetqueen_blog that I felt is really relevant to us right now being it's the new year and we have renewed energy! I'd like to share it with you:
"A dream written down with a date becomes a goal.
A Goal broken down into steps, becomes a plan.
A plan backed my actions, makes your dream come true."
We often set resolutions and we fail to achieve our them because we didn't set a plan, steps to follow. And the biggest thing is taking action, just doing what we say we will! I know I'm guilty of this too. Let's follow these steps and go after our resolutions this year!
